• Program Overview

Endicott's photography program emphasizes art practice and commercial applications: development of unique ideas and imagery.

The B.F.A. in Photography program emphasizes art practice and commercial applications and the development of unique ideas and imagery. It provides students core competencies in still and multi-media video digital imaging workflows and thus reflects the realities of the current photography profession. This creativity-based photography program leverages the breadth that a B.F.A. provides, by emphasizing the conceptual and creative development gained through foundation courses, art history, and thesis requirements. Students in the BFA may choose to explore fine art, documentary, photojournalism, fashion, commercial, and portrait photography through their coursework, assignments, internships and capstone project.
