Web Accessibility
Endicott College is committed to achieving educational opportunity and participation for persons with disabilities. This Commitment extends itself to providing equal access to information technology. It is the intent of Endicott to promote equal access to the College’s electronic information resources, technologies and services in a setting that fosters independence and meets the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. The College will do this by removing and preventing barriers to accessibility by complying with the accessibility of online content and functionality under the World Wide Web Consortium’s (WC3’s) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative’s Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content.

Formal Section 504 Grievance Procedure
Endicott has adopted an internal ADA/504 Grievance Procedure providing for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints regarding any action prohibited by the ADA or Section 504. To file a complaint, please email webmaster@endicott.edu. The above information will be prominently displayed via a link to a “Non-Discrimination and Website Accessibility Statement” in the footer of the College’s home page and each page throughout the website, including all subordinate pages and Intranet sites owned and managed by Endicott College.
