The Office of Student Transitions & Family Programs focuses on developing lasting relationships with students and families that begin at acceptance and extend through commencement. Parents and families are important partners in helping us support students throughout their entire Endicott experience.

In addition to supporting parents and families, we plan and coordinate Orientation for new and transfer students and push forward first-year and second-year experience initiatives and programming. Orientation is a vital step for students as they find their place in our community and build critical social skills while meeting fellow students and learning the layout of campus.

At Endicott, we use the terms “Parent and Family” and “Family Programs” to recognize that support for our students comes from more than just parents. We know that parents, caregivers, guardians, extended family, partners, and friends all help us to support your student during their time at Endicott.

We hope that you’ll make the Gull Parent & Family Resource page your first stop when looking for answers. We will update our page frequently with program information, parent and family resources, and helpful tips. If we don't have the answer, we will connect you to our campus partners that do!

For class registration dates, school vacation dates, and the final exam schedule be sure to check out the Academic Calendar.

Workday

We’re excited to share that Workday Student is officially live—offering you easier access to your student’s grades, tuition balances, class schedules, and more, all in one place! To get started, your student must assign you as a Friends & Family contact and grant "third party permissions" for you to view their account. Endicott cannot grant the permissions on behalf of your Student. Once permissions are granted, you’ll receive two auto-generated emails from Workday with your login credentials and activation instructions. An overview of Workday Friends & Family at Endicott College, including helpful guides and step-by-step instructions, can be found here.

Summer Parent & Family Orientation
Parent & Family Orientation is designed to help you feel informed, confident, and connected as your student begins their journey at Endicott College. While your student attends their own Orientation program, you'll participate in a separate—but concurrent—schedule tailored specifically for parents and families. Students, parents, and families will be together in the morning for the opening session and together again in the closing session at the end of the day. Through presentations, panels, and informal conversations, you’ll learn about:

  • Supporting your student’s academic and personal success
  • Understanding financial aid, billing, and student accounts
  • Navigating wellness services on campus
  • Campus dining, housing, and residential life
  • Resources for accessibility, mental health, and safety
  • What to expect in the first year—and how to be a supportive partner in your student’s transition
