ONBOARD is an exciting way to begin your transition to Endicott. The three-day, two-night ONBOARD retreat is led by returning student leaders and is designed to bring incoming students together before the fall semester. ONBOARD allows you to create friendships, address common concerns, and learn about the opportunities at Endicott. All ONBOARD retreats offer students the opportunity to connect with other students, learn more about the campus community, and have fun!

  • What is ONBOARD?

    ONBOARD is an exciting way to begin to dive into the experience and transition to Endicott. The three-day, two-night ONBOARD retreat is led by returning student leaders and is designed to bring incoming students together before the fall semester. ONBOARD allows you to create friendships, address common concerns, and learn about the many opportunities at Endicott.

  • Why participate in ONBOARD?

    It’s a lot of fun! Bonding, games, outdoor activities, and more! The student leaders are enthusiastic, welcoming, and some of the best people around. They truly care about the incoming students and want to support you. Most importantly, you will create new friendships that will last during your time at Endicott and beyond. You will start school more confident, more prepared, and have a better understanding of life at Endicott.

  • What are the dates for ONBOARD?

    ONBOARD Session 1: Tuesday, July 8–Thursday, July 10
    ONBOARD Session 2: Monday, July 14–Wednesday, July 16
    ONBOARD Session 3: Wednesday, July 23-Friday July 25
    ONBOARD Session 4: Tuesday, July 29–Thursday, July 31
    ONBOARD Session 5: Sunday, August 3–Tuesday, August 5

    Check-in for all sessions is at 2pm and check out is at 10am.

  • How much does it cost? What's included?

    The cost for an ONBOARD session is $150. The session includes: lodging for two nights on campus, all meals from dinner on day one through breakfast on day three, all activity costs, trained student leaders to facilitate activities, supplies and equipment needed for the experience. Linens/bedding is not provided. Typically students bring a sleeping bag or sheets, a blanket, and a pillow.

  • Is there financial aid available?

    Yes! Financial aid is available to students receiving need-based financial aid. If you would like to be considered for financial support for ONBOARD, please fill out the ONBOARD Assistance Form.

  • How do I sign up for an ONBOARD program?

    Registration will open at 12pm on Monday April 14th. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. There are limited spaces available for each session. A waitlist will be kept by our office for any possible spaces that become available.

  • I am flying into Boston, how do I get from the airport to Endicott?
    Our campus shuttles can pick you up at any of the commuter rail stations located in Beverly or Salem. More information about the commuter rail schedule can be found here. A great option for getting to campus from Logan Airport is the Logan Express. We can pick you up at the Peabody drop off location. More information can be found here
  • I have specific food/health requirements, can I still attend?

    Please note any food/health requirements when registering for the trip. Our staff will take into consideration all food/health requirements for each participant and we will do our best to accommodate all needs.

  • What is your refund policy?
    Cancellations at 14 days before the registered ONBOARD start date will receive a $150 refund. Cancellations at 7 days before the registered ONBOARD session start date will receive a $75 refund. If the retreats are not held due to public health guidelines, full refunds will be given.
