Housing Selection Process

Students choose housing based on credits earned and building/space availability.

 
For those students who wish to change their residential status please fill out the online Change of Residency Application located under "Forms". Please note that students will not lose their enrollment/continuation deposit for submitting this form after the deadline.
 
The deadline for current students to request housing accommodations for the 2025–26 academic year is Monday, March 3, 2025. Students who have been approved to be eligible for housing accommodations need to renew their housing accommodation request each spring for the next academic year. The deadline to renew housing accommodations for this upcoming year is Friday, March 14, 2025. However, if a student is looking to change their previously approved accommodation, they need to contact access@endicott.edu to reapply. Accommodations may still be submitted but are not guaranteed before housing selection. View more information about housing accommodations.
 
First-year and transfer students do not participate in housing selection but are placed based on their responses to the Housing application they fill out over the summer. The first part of the application is available the first week of June and the second part is available at the start of Summer orientation. Both parts are due by Wednesday, July 3.
