More than 1,700 students have been named to the Spring 2024 Dean’s List, a recognition that honors Gulls who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement and dedication.

Kelly O’Donnell ’24 and Olivia Cafarelli ’25 were part of a group of Gulls that embarked on a dream trip to Japan, funded by a Freeman Foundation grant. They engaged in culturally immersive internships, tackling real-world business challenges with Japanese organizations, enriching their academic journeys, and solidifying their professional aspirations.

It’s not just students that fly the Nest—it’s staff and faculty that retire and leave Endicott for exciting next chapters. Before their retirement at the end of the spring 2024 semester, we sat down with four faculty and staff members to reflect upon their careers at the College.

At Endicott, graduating senior Noah Macallister ’24 experienced some ups and downs, but found his calling—Esports—and got a boost during the tough times through music.

At Endicott, education major Carissa Szabo ’24 flourished as a future teacher—and a traveler. After pursuing several international experiences at the Nest, she’s now off to Turkey to launch her classroom career.

Experiences as diverse as soccer and volunteering to studying abroad and interning with Windover Construction have all led Tiago Frazao ’24 to realize a passion for real estate development and international travel.

In a moving talk sponsored by the Tadler Center for the Humanities, author Stephanie Land discussed her bestselling memoirs Maid and Class, which chronicle the experience of being poor in America.

The Salice Family Academic Support Scholarship Fund is making it possible for Endicott students to access the Center for Academic Coaching—and their dreams.

The Tadler Center for the Humanities recently received an anonymous $250,000 gift, which is helping Charlotte Gordon, Distinguished Professor of the Humanities and Tadler Center Director, to bring luminaries like Stephanie Land to campus while fortifying a place for the arts at Endicott.

Faculty will showcase their research and accomplishments at a March 27 Seaside Symposium, held at the Klebanoff Auditorium, and sponsored by Academic Affairs.
