Katharine Clarke-Robertson, Endicott’s Theater Coordinator, won third place in the Stage Directors Theater/Musical Theater Division of the prestigious American Prize contest on November 8, 2024, for her 2023 production of the Head Over Heels musical at Endicott. 

Leveraging the passion, people, and creativity of Endicott’s Performing Arts Department, Clarke-Robertson is passionate about creating experiences that inspire empathy, critical thinking, and the community values at the core of Head Over Heels

Previously, she was a finalist in the Stage Directors category for her stage direction of Shrek the Musical in 2019 and received an honorable mention acknowledgment in the Stage Directors category in 2022 for Work in Progress, a devised musical by Endicott students and staff. She is currently a semi-finalist in the same category for The Rocky Horror Show

A graduate of Endicott College from Martha’s Vineyard, Clarke-Robertson believes there’s a place for everyone in the theater and empowers her students and staff members to use their voices, bodies, and imaginations, to tell authentic stories.
