In the aftermath of the devastating conflict in the Balkans during the 1990s, Lejla Guster’s family immigrated to the United States from Bosnia in search of a new beginning and a brighter future. For Lejla, education was more than just academics—it was a path to rebuilding lives and reclaiming lost dreams. Inspired by her parents’ sacrifices, resilience, and unwavering work ethic, she pursued her college education with determination and purpose.

Gull Club Golf Challenge

The strength of our Gull community was on full display at Ipswich Country Club for the 15th annual Gull Club Golf Challenge. Thanks to our dedicated golfers and sponsors, we were able to raise over $86,000 for Endicott Athletics. Community support enables improvements to facilities, services, equipment, and more, helping to establish an environment where students can strive for physical, intellectual, and social excellence.

We broke records on our sixth annual Giving Day, raising $623,000 from 3,626 generous donors. The funds raised from Giving Day benefit the academic, student life, and scholarship programs that help our Gulls soar.

Endicott College Scholarship Classic

Each spring, our community comes out in full force for the Endicott College Scholarship Classic, which supports the Inspire Scholarship. Support for the Inspire Scholarship Fund offers meritorious students—who are first in their families to pursue dreams of higher education—a place at the Nest. The 2024 Scholarship Classic generated more than $130,000 in total funds, representing a 14% increase from 2023 and a new fundraising record for the tournament.

Seeing his family navigate tragedy and hardship inspired him to break the cycle of adversity and build a brighter future. Education became his guiding light—a way to provide for his family and prove that hope and perseverance can overcome even the toughest circumstances. With the unwavering support of his mother and father, Dominick pursued his dreams with resilience and purpose.
