Crime Statistics and Reports
In accordance with the requirements of the Student-Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act of 1990, renamed the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act in 1998 and commonly referred to as the Clery Act, Endicott is required to publish and distribute an annual security and fire safety report.

The report contains information about crime prevention, fire safety, campus police law enforcement authority, crime reporting policies, programs and policies in place to prevent sexual assault and other crimes, disciplinary procedures, and other matters of importance related to security and safety on campus.
It also contains information about crime statistics for the three previous calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Endicott College; and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
