Compliance
Title IX requires colleges and universities to respond promptly and effectively to reports of all kinds of sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment and sexual violence. Endicott College is committed to promptly investigating the circumstances of a complaint to determine what occurred, ensure complainant safety, and provide remedies. Endicott will take immediate action to eliminate the offending conduct, prevent its recurrence, and address its effects.
Endicott College’s Response to Sexual Misconduct, Title IX, Reporting and Resources
Endicott College strives to create an environment in which all members of the community contribute in a way that promotes learning, personal growth, and acting as responsible citizens. Our environment only thrives when each member of the College community is valued as an individual and treated respectfully. Sexual misconduct and sexual assault are antithetical to the standards and values of the College, violate College policy, and in some instances, state and federal law. Sexual misconduct and sexual assault will not be tolerated.
