How do I view my billing statement?
When your E-Bill is posted on MyEndicott, you will receive an email that will instruct you to view your statement online.
Students:
- Log in to MyEndicott
- Click the billing link on the left sidebar
- Click the billing statement on the upper right portlet
- Choose the semester and year of the invoice you wish to view, for example: UNDG, Fall Term 2022
Parents:
- Log in to the Parent Portal**
- Choose the semester and year of the invoice you wish to view, for example: UNDG, Fall Term 2022
- Click on "Student Accounts" then "Student Billing Statement" from the left sidebar
**New students: if you added your parents’ information on your Endicott admissions application, they will receive an email mid-summer from the IT Department with Parent Portal Access information.
Parents—please add webadmin@endicott.edu to your safe senders list to ensure you receive the email. If you have not received an email with your Parent Portal Access codes, please visit the Parent Portal FAQ for additional information. Please do not email access requests without first verifying that your student has added your email address.
You can also add your parent’s email on MyEndicott. Select Parent Info in the Biological Information section.

When will my tuition bill be available?
An email notification will be sent when charges are applied for the upcoming semester, based on the timeframes below:
- Fall Semester—Typically around July 1
- Spring Semester—Typically around December 1
- Summer Semester—Typically the second week in April, or after student has registered
New/transfer students will receive a printed copy of their first semester’s billing statement in the mail. Subsequent semester bills will be online only. Online bills are available at all times on MyEndicott and the Parent Portal.

When is my tuition bill due?
- Fall bills are typically due August 1.
- Spring bills are typically due the first week of January.
- Summer bills are typically due prior to the start of the session.

How can I pay my bill?
Payment options:
- Online—Payments can be made online through Nelnet with credit card or ACH payment from checking or savings account. Students must create the account first then can add authorized users to make payments.
- Wire Transfer—Flywire and Convera have partnered with Nelnet to make international payments easier. Please log into your Nelnet account (or create one if you have not already) and choose between these two different options within the payment method.
- Mail – Please send your payment to Endicott College, 376 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915, Attn: Bursars Office

- Go to mycollegepaymentplan.com/endicott to enroll in a monthly payment plan.

Do you accept payment plans?
Yes. Endicott partners with Nelnet to allow you to pay tuition and fees over time. Go to mycollegepaymentplan.com/endicott for more information or to enroll.

How do I waive the student health insurance?
Go to https://www.universityhealthplans.com/endicott and complete the online questionnaire to determine eligibility for waiving the student health insurance.

What is the deadline to waive the student health insurance?
The waiver deadline is August 1. For more information about the student health insurance, go to https://www.universityhealthplans.com/endicott or call 800-437-6448.

What is the cost of the health insurance?

How do I add a parent/guardian to have access to my bill?
If you have not already provided your parent’s email address to Endicott, you can add them on MyEndicott. Select Biological Information, then Parent Info.
