Endicott College is pleased to announce the appointment of Bryan Cain, Ph.D., as the College’s new Executive Vice President (EVP). Dr. Cain, a transformational leader at Endicott, will serve as senior advisor and strategic partner to President Steven R. DiSalvo, Ph.D., providing executive leadership and operational oversight to ensure the effective execution of the College’s mission and strategic priorities.
In his new role, Dr. Cain will oversee key areas, including Board of Trustee relations, Institutional Advancement and Alumni Relations, Communications and Marketing, Student Affairs, Special Events, and Title IX compliance. His appointment reflects his outstanding leadership and commitment to fostering a thriving and inclusive college community.
“Dr. Cain has played an instrumental role in strengthening Endicott College’s institutional reputation, student experience, and philanthropic efforts,” said President DiSalvo. “His strategic vision and ability to build meaningful relationships across campus and beyond make him the ideal leader for this role. I look forward to working with him as we continue advancing Endicott’s mission and shaping a strong future for the College.”
Dr. Cain has been a driving force behind several major initiatives at Endicott. Under his leadership, the College launched its first comprehensive, integrated communications and marketing strategy, driving sustained growth in graduate and undergraduate programs. He also leads the team that spearheaded the College’s first comprehensive $75 million fundraising campaign, which has already surpassed $55 million following the most successful Giving Day in Endicott’s history. Additionally, he has been instrumental in launching Living Learning Communities, expanding wellness and mental health resources, and enhancing student engagement through innovative programming.
