Endicott College Appoints Kate White, MSHR, New VP of Human Resources

Endicott College announced that Kate White, MSHR, has been appointed the Vice President of Human Resources, effective February 20, 2024.In this pivotal role, White will lead the direction, strategy, planning, and execution of the HR portfolio, overseeing organizational development, talent management, total rewards, learning and development, and HR compliance. White succeeds Interim Vice President of Human Resources, Paul Coz.

White brings a wealth of experience to Endicott College. She previously served for more than ten years at MIT in various roles, most recently as the Executive Director of HR and Strategic Talent Management for Institutional Advancement at MIT, where she successfully led a team of HR business partners to support a strategic approach to the HR function. White also served as Chief of Staff at MIT’s Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences, where she advised leaders, oversaw department and academic operations, and spearheaded diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Additionally, in the position of Senior Director of HR at Mass General Brigham, White collaborated with colleagues to establish a thriving HR shared services model.
Her career also includes HR-focused roles at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education, PUMA North America, and Tufts University.
White earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and her M.S. in Human Resource Management from Suffolk University. A dedicated member of the Society of Human Resource Management and certified through the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, White is committed to fostering inclusive cultures and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Kate lives in Boxford, Mass. with her husband Mike and children Madeline and Deacon.
