Professor Tiemessen`s teaching spans global issues, including international relations, conflict, human rights, and justice. Her prior scholarship on the International Criminal Court analyzed the political influences and effects of international justice. Her current research agenda addresses the strategic motives and means of "cultural genocide." On campus, Professor Tiemessen is the faculty advisor for our Political Action Committee and Model United Nations team.
