Summary
James Perry (Assistant Professor) has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 10 years. After starting out with Hyatt Hotels in Chicago as a Sales Manager, he went on to a Project Management position for TravelCLICK, providing hotels worldwide with revenue management and advertising information. Before coming to Endicott, he was a Research Associate for the Harvard Business School and an Adjunct Professor in the Hospitality Division at Bay State College. Professor Perry received his B.A. in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from Mercyhurst College, an MBA from Benedictine University, and is currently working on a DBA from the International School of Management (ISM). He teaches Senior Thesis I and II, Hospitality Organizational Behavior, Resort Management, Hotel Revenue Management, and Hospitality Marketing and Sales at Endicott College.
