Renew housing accommodation(s) for 2025-2026

Students who have been approved to be eligible for housing accommodations need to renew their housing accommodation request each spring for the next academic year. The deadline to renew housing accommodations for this upcoming year is Friday, March 14, 2025. However, if a student is looking to change their previously approved accommodation, they need to contact access@endicott.edu to reapply.

New Requests for Housing Accommodations for 2025-2026

Students who are interested in requesting housing accommodations for the 2025-2026 academic year need to submit their Accommodation Request Form, their Housing Verification Form and meet with a staff member in our office to discuss their request by Monday, March 3.

  • The Accommodation Request Form should be completed by the student only. This form will ask the student to detail their student information as well as identify the accommodation(s) they are requesting.
  • The Housing Verification Form should be completed by the student's medical provider only. This form will ask the provider to specify the student's diagnosis as well as answer questions related to a housing environment. The completed form can be sent to our email (access@endicott.edu), efax (978-338-0643) or delivered via mail (376 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915).

Once the Center for Accessibility Services receives both forms, the student will be contacted to schedule an intake meeting. The information gathered through the documentation and the intake meeting will then be reviewed by the Housing Accommodation Request Committee. After reviewing, the Center will reach out to the student via their Endicott email address to provide them with a decision about their housing accommodation application.

Emotional Support Animal (ESA)

Students who are interested in requesting an ESA accommodation need to submit their Accommodation Request Form outlining how an ESA in the residence hall will have a therapeutic benefit in alleviating one or more of the identified symptoms or effects of their mental health disability. In support of their application, the student’s mental health professional must complete the Housing Verification Form. The completed form can be sent to our email (access@endicott.edu), efax (978-338-0643) or delivered via mail (376 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915).

The student will be contacted for an intake meeting to discuss their request for an ESA. If this accommodation is approved, students will be required to sign a contract assuming responsibility for their ESA. An additional contract will be signed by the student’s roommates. If applicable, vaccination records must be submitted to our office before the student can bring the animal to campus.

Note: ESAs may not be brought to the residence hall until official approval has been given from the Center for Accessibility Services. Please submit all necessary information with enough lead time to allow the office to fully consider your request.

Dietary Accommodations

College policy maintains that all resident students must participate in one of the meal plan options. To be considered for a medically-based dietary accommodation, students must submit documentation that clearly supports a meal plan modification.

Students who are interested in requesting dietary accommodations need to submit their Accommodation Request Form. In support of their application, the student’s medical provider must complete the Disability Verification Form - Dietary. The completed form can be sent to our email (access@endicott.edu), efax (978-338-0643) or delivered via mail (376 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915).

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email access@endicott.edu.
