Warren Jaferian
Profile
Dean Jaferian joined Endicott College in 2011 following a 20 year career in international business. He served as Global Vice President for a leading multinational corporation based in Paris, and was responsible for strategic planning, sales, marketing, and innovation. His international assignments included postings in Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Chad, and France. Warren has lived in 11 countries, and has traveled to more than 110 worldwide.
He studied abroad in West Africa and served as a development volunteer upon graduation from college. He was raised in Geneva, Switzerland and attended the College du Leman International School. Dean Jaferian obtained a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, and pursued an MAT from Tufts University. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and French at Ohio Wesleyan University. Additionally, he pursued professional development certificate programs at Babson University and HEC in Paris.
Dean Jaferian has presented at numerous international education conferences throughout Asia, Australia, South Asia and Europe on global trends in education, policy and issues impacting today's institutions and students.
In his role as Dean, he oversees study abroad, international students, exchange agreements with foreign institutions, campus internationalization, the College's International Committee and global initiatives. He is passionate about encouraging students to be more culturally aware and to participate in international education.
