Matthew Heiser
Profile
Dr. Matt Heiser serves as Associate Dean of Students at Endicott College. In this role, he is the senior student conduct hearing officer and oversees the Office of Community Standards, the Office of Residence Life, and the Wellness Center. Dr. Heiser serves as adjunct faculty for undergraduate and graduate courses, as well as co-leads the Endicott’s Working Parents and Caregivers Employee Resource Group. His areas of teaching, training, and research include staff training and development, supervision of working parents and caregivers, first generation college students, bystander intervention training, student leadership, and student development theory.
