Mariellen has held executive positions in association management, events production, budget analysis and policy development in both the public and private sectors.

Awards
- Mariellen is a member of the Endicott College Employee Research Group, the DEIB Task Force, and the Evaluation Committee for Internship. She has been nominated for the Academic Excellence Award and has been recognized as a Woman of Impact on campus. She is a frequent presenter at CEIA, NSEE and NEFDC and NEACEFE and serves as a NEACEFE Board member and secretary.
