|Description:||Provides assistance to the Administrative Assistant/Facilities Coordinator with general office tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, reception, event set-up and break-down, and processing work orders. Helps with general maintenance of the Center for the Arts, including classrooms and studios. Provides assistance to the Visual Arts Coordinator with the installation and break-down of exhibits; including gallery preparation, labeling and signage, lighting, and design marketing materials. Assists with publicity (ie. social media, constant contact, etc.) and other duties necessary for the success of the events and programs. Performs other duties as required to meet the needs of the School and the College.|
|Qualifications:||Baccalaureate degree in art or design. Professional experience in an art related field. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Must be able to schedule time proficiently and have good follow through. Good communication skills to work effectively with faculty, students and staff. Ability to work with carpentry tools. Capable of lifting 50 pounds. Ability to work a flexible schedule.|
