Anonymous Reporting Form

If you see an incident taking place or going to take place on our campus, or are simply concerned over an issue involving our community and would like to report it anonymously, please fill out the form below.

This is not an immediate response line. For an immediate response, please call ext. 1111 or if calling from off-campus or cell phone, please call 978-232-2222.

When this form is submitted, you will not be identifiable by the recipient.

All information will be kept confidential and will be retrieved by an administrator appointed by the College President and investigated as deemed necessary.
