Troubleshooting Endicott College Webmail
If you do not have javascript enabled in your internet browser,
you will receive this message when you attempt to login:
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 7.x,
6.x, and 5.x, you will have to add Endicott college to your
Trusted Sites Zones.
Open Internet Explorer and select Internet Options from
the Tools menu. From the Internet Options dialog box,
click on the Security tab, and then on the Trusted
Sites green arrow icon. Click on the Sites button to
open another dialog box.
Enter *.endicott.edu (an asterisk
followed by .endicott.edu) into the textbox and press the
Add button. Do not check the option
Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this
zone.
Click Close to close this dialog box and OK to
return to IE. You may need to close and re-open IE for the changes
to take effect.
If you are using Firefox, you will have to enable
javascript.
Open Firefox and select Options from the Tools
menu.
Version 2.x: From theOptions
dialog box, click on the Content icon, and check
Enable Javascript.
Version 1.x: From theOptions
dialog box, click on the Web Features icon, and
check Enable Javascript.
Click Close to close the Options dialog box
andreturn to Firefox. You may need to close and re-open Firefox for
the changes to take effect.
