Qualified veterans can now receive reduced tuition at Endicott College through the Post-9/11 GI Bill's Yellow Ribbon Program. Endicott College will provide a grant of up to $3000 per year for each undergraduate student and up to $6500 per year for each graduate student. These Endicott grants, on top of the basic tuition benefit provided in the GI Bill and a matching grant from Veterans Affairs, may allow an eligible student to attend Endicott College's School of Graduate and Professional Studies at no cost contingent upon meeting the qualifications for admission. Service men and women who have six or more years of military service and meet other military requirements may be able to transfer this benefit to spouses and children. The Post-9/11 GI Bill goes into effect August 2009.
ELIGIBILITY
You may be eligible if:
- You served an aggregate period of active duty after September 10, 2001, of at least 36 months
- You were honorably discharged from active duty for a service connected disability and you served 30 continuous days after September 10, 2001
- You are a dependent eligible for Transfer of Entitlement under the post - 9/11 GI Bill based on a veteran's service under the eligibility criteria listed above.
APPLICATION FOR BENEFITS UNDER THE POST-9/11 GI BILL
The Department of Veterans Affairs is now accepting and processing applications for the Post-9/11 GI Bill. Complete and submit the application form available online at www.gibill.va.gov. You will receive written notification explaining the VA's decision regarding your eligibility. If you are eligible, your Certificate of Eligibility will also advise you if your service meets the requirements for the Yellow Ribbon Program.
ADMISSION TO ENDICOTT COLLEGE
All Yellow Ribbon recipients must be formally admitted / matriculated to a degree program at Endicott College prior to registration for classes. For an application for admission and to learn the admissions requirements of your respective degree program please see www.endicott.edu/gps or call 978.232.2199. In addition, if you have attended another college or have earned academic credit in the military, please arrange for official transcripts to be sent to GPS Admissions, Endicott College, 376 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915.
BEGIN YOUR STUDIES
You must register for all of the courses you plan to take each term prior to the start of the term. Adult Undergraduates and Graduate Students present your Certificate of Eligibility along with your completed registration form to the Assistant Registrar at the Van Loan School. Students in the Undergraduate College present your Certificate of Eligibility along with your completed registration form to the Registrar's Office in College Hall. Endicott College will certify your enrollment to the VA.

Academic Residency for Active-Duty Military Personnel
Endicott College limits academic residency for active-duty military servicemembers to no more than twenty five percent of the degree requirements for all degrees. Academic residency can be completed at any time while active-duty military servicemembers are enrolled. Reservist and National Guardsman on active-duty are covered in the same manner.
