Program Overview

The Endicott College MBA for the Experienced Professional is a 42-credit program designed for working professionals who are seeking to further their professional and personal growth, and energize their careers. The program is for those who have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. It employs an accelerated model that allows for completion in a little over 30 months, but further acceleration is possible. Students will be taking courses online.

  • Classes scheduled around peak recruiting season.
  • Approximately 2 month summer Break
  • Classes will start after the school year has begun
Students progress through 14 three-credit courses. Each course is comprised of six sessions/weeks. 14 courses are required to complete the degree. The online courses are in an asynchronous format following a rotating six-week schedule. 


Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the program students will:


  • Demonstrate the analytical and problem-solving skills needed to solve complex challenges in business.
  • Understand and be able to use team building, collaborative behaviors, and project management in the accomplishment of group tasks.
  • Effectively communicate in writing and through oral communication within the conventions of business.
  • Demonstrate the critical inquiry and analysis skills needed to engage constructively in intellectual discourse within business.
  • Design, execute and present a personal project, which synthesizes and applies selected knowledge, skills and experiences appropriate to students’ personal and professional goals and/or their chosen area of specialization.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is limited to US citizens or eligible non-citizens with a valid Alien Registration Number. Students must be enrolled in an approved program and be in good academic standing to receive financial aid. Aid for graduate students is limited to federal Stafford Loans.
