The Endicott College Center for Leadership specializes in leading organizational change through strategic management development. We work with all types of organizations on management development projects to enhance the management skills of those in or new to leadership positions; improve organizational success by streamlining communication channels, building teams, and identifying and reducing interpersonal conflict; and increase operational success with leading edge business management practices focusing on customers and suppliers.

While our programs have a strong foundation in current and relevant management theory, we also customize our sessions to address your specific management issues, from the executive suite to the front line supervisor.
