 Name of Scholarship: A Place For Mom Senior Care Innovation Scholarship

Applies to Major: Nursing

 Amount: $1000

 Requirements:        

The annual scholarship award is for five (5) students enrolled in an associate's degree, bachelor's degree or graduate level program in the fields of gerontology, long term care administration, social work, medicine, nursing, or sociology at an accredited 2-year college or 4-year university.

Applicants must complete a letter of introduction and a 500-word minimum essay on selected topic and sign the Scholarship Award Agreement.

-Volunteer with Community/Campus Service Organization

-Show strong dedication to the Health Care field

-Have a minimum GPA of 3.0

Abbott & Fenner are committed to continuing our efforts at helping those who have the desire and ambition to succeed.

The winner(s) of this annual scholarship will receive their award within 2 weeks of the listed deadline. All applicants should include their full name and mailing address with their submissions.

  • The A&F Scholarships are available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any accredited post secondary institution.
  • Between the ages of 16 and 30
