Welcome to Endicott College's Bursar Office Our goal in the Bursar's Office is to help students understand their financial responsibilities by providing important information on the billing and payment process. It is important to understand that information and communications will be geared toward and directed to the student, rather than a parent or guardian. If a parent or other individual handles your educational finances, please discuss the information contained on this website with that party and be sure to add that person as an authorized person to view your bill online. We are committed to providing excellent customer service to you. Telephone Inquiries: The Bursar's Office receives a heavy volume of telephone calls especially at billing times. We attempt to answer or return all calls on the day we receive them. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. If your call goes to voice mail, please leave the following information for a faster response: Name of student (spell out last name) Social Security number of student Nature of your call (be as specific as you can) A telephone number where you can be reached (speak slowly)
