Background and Experience: As Dean of Undergraduate International Programs, Warren joined Endicott College following a 20-year career in international business. He served as Global Vice President for Sodexo, a world leader in on-site services & facilities management solutions, responsible for the school, college and university market in 80 countries. His responsibilities included global strategic planning, business development, marketing, strategic partnerships, innovation & best practice, operations management, IT solutions and client relations. His international assignments included postings in Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Chad, and France.
He has published articles, conducted workshops and delivered keynote addresses to international education associations, NGO’s and governments on topics of international management, cross-cultural business practice, hospitality, the global obesity epidemic, and wellness. His professional memberships include European Council of International Schools (ECIS), East Asia Regional Council of Overseas Schools (EARCOS), National Association of College & University Business Officers (NACUBO), National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools (IAJBS), and the New England Association of Schools & Colleges (NEASC).
Warren has lived in 11 countries, and has traveled to more than 110 countries worldwide, and served in Africa as a development volunteer in the Peace Corps. He was raised in Geneva, Switzerland and attended the College du Leman international school. He received his Bachelors Degree in International Relations and French from Ohio Wesleyan University, and pursued a Masters of Education from Tufts University.
Responsibilities: Warren leads the International Undergraduate Programs office, with his team. His primary responsibilities include development & implementation of the college’s international strategic plan, the internationalization of the campus, strategic institutional partnerships, international student recruitment, international internships, and preparing students for success in the global community. Warren also overseas all International Student Advising from immigration advising, cultural adjustment to everyday international student needs.

Background and Experience: Elyse’s first study abroad experience came in high school, when she traveled to France, Switzerland, and Italy. She then hosted an international student from Germany for one year, and has since studied and traveled abroad to over ten countries. As a result of her experiences, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Education degree in Higher Education so that she could continue to work with others interested in international education.
Responsibilities: Elyse supports and advises students interested in studying abroad and works with them through pre-departure, cultural adjustment, and re-entry. Together with the Dean, she ensures that students have a holistic experience while studying abroad and are supported thereafter, so as to help promote the benefits of international education. Elyse also works and collaborates with the Global Ambassadors with programming and events at Endicott College.

Background and Experience: A life-long resident of New England, Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and German from the University of New Hampshire and his Master of Education degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Boston University. He had his first exchange experience as a high school student when he visited Nuremburg, Germany. While at UNH, Chris did his semester abroad at Salzburg College in Austria. He later worked in Japan for four months, teaching conversational English to college students. Before coming to Endicott in 2013, Chris worked for over 14 years at Boston University’s International Students & Scholars Office as an International Student Advisor and then as their SEVIS Specialist.
Responsibilities: Chris supports and advises new and continuing international students on issues such as student life, cultural adjustment, and immigration matters. Together with the Dean, he ensures institutional and student compliance with U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Department of State regulations. Chris also collaborates with international student organizations to develop events and activities that enhance intercultural and international education for the Endicott Community.
