Career Management Program: Mid-Career
The mid-career level professional has the unique opportunity to receive services from the Career Center including networking opportunities, and to share their expertise in their field with Endicott students. We encourage our alumni to utilize our services while helping our current students to understand the world of work.
Career Panels and Networking Receptions
Industry-specific Career Panels are held each fall and spring. During these events, career professionals, including alumni and friends of the college, share their insight about industry trends, advice on entering their field, and information on career paths within their profession. Following the panel presentations, students and alumni have the opportunity to speak informally with panelists and participants at a networking reception.
Alumni Mentoring Program
Alumni mentors are matched with students in a program that is designed to enhance the student's professional experience outside the classroom by providing guidance and advice from dedicated alumni.
